All Items are fabricated in our small shop in Oklahoma. This means we smith all our silver, cut stones, hand engrave and stamp all our pieces as well as string all the necklaces. Everything we do is made by hand, yet we try to the best of our abilities to get everything perfect to create Heirloom pieces that will be enjoyed for generations.
WCC Western Designs is currently not accepting custom orders. If or when custom orders are taken, a deposit of half down is required before the order is started. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid before the order ships. Custom orders can not be returned or refunded. You will have several chances to make changes and verify all sizes are correct before the order is complete. If the order comes in damaged it will be fixed or replaced.
Custom turn around can be from 6 weeks to several months depending on the amount of orders I have and my show schedule.
Please allow 1-3 days for processing and shipping of your order. When the order is processed you will receive an email with tracking and shipping information. Due to gas prices and my business being located in the middle of a rural area, we ship on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday typically. The daily shipping cutoff is 3:30 daily. Anything ordered after that will be shipped the next day. Exceptions are made for holidays and time sensitive orders. If you want your order sooner than the typical priority shipping please select express shipping when checking out.
Once the package has left our hand entered the postal system there is little we can do about changing info. All I can do is track the package. If the package becomes lost or delayed, please contact us and also contact your post office for help in locating or getting more info about the package.
If a package is damaged in transit please let us know. You may ship the product back to be fixed or replaced if possible. Packages can't be fixed or replaced till they are in our possession. If you ship an item back you are responsible for paying the shipping cost. We will handle the shipping cost when the item is returned to you.

All orders over $350 are automatically upgraded to priority express at no extra cost to you.
Please double check your shipping information when you order. It is not the responsibility of WCC Western Designs to check and chase down shipping info. We will ship to the address the is given to me. If you need to have an item shipped to a new address please inform me within 2-4 hours of the order being placed. Refunds & Exchanges
You have 7 days to return any product you have ordered. After 7 days have passed you can no longer exchange the product. Item must be in excellent or unused condition to be considered for return. If the product is received and does not meet this standard, it will be sent back to you and not eligible for return or credit. You are responsible for covering shipping cost for any returns.
All orders are subject to store credit or exchange for a product only. If you exchange for product the cost of the returned item will be put towards the cost of the new item. If there is a balance left over you will be issued a store credit for the remaining balance. If you do not wish to exchange you will be issued store credit for the price of the item you purchased. This balance will not include the shipping cost.
Once a a ring is finished it may not be resized, it can only be changed for credit. Reason being if we have to resize a ring, there is a risk of damaging or breaking the stone when removing it.
If you are wanting to exchange at a show it may only be done in the Official WCC Western Designs booth. You may not exchange with any other vendors or dealers that are carrying our product.

Repairs & Damages
Here at WCC Western Designs we are known for our beadwork set in silver. Seed beads are glass which means they can be damaged. We can service the beadwork for you. You get 2 free services and beadwork repairs a year. If you need more you will be charged for the service.
If a product is damaged or defective on our part, we will exchange or fix the product. If you have caused any damage to the piece you are responsible for any fees/cost the it takes to repair the the piece. We can tell if the damage or defect was an error on our end or on the customers end.
Each stone we use is unique and one of a kind. If a stone becomes damaged and needs to be fixed or replaced, we can not guarantee that it will be similar to the stone that was in the original piece. You can thank Mother Nature for that.
WCC Western Designs uses only .925(sterling silver) and .999(fine silver) in all of our pieces unless otherwise stated in the product description. All the stones that are used are either cut in our studio or bought directly from USA dealers. All of the turquoise that we used is mined and cut in North America with the exception of Golden Hills that is mined in Kazakstan and cut in the USA. We work directly with miners to bring you the highest quality stones possible.
We are known for our beadwork. We only use Miyuki seed beads. They are the highest quality seed beads on the market. While we make our beadwork as durable as possible, Seed Beads are glass, this means they can be damaged if not properly taken care of. Some of them are also coated in certain finishes to produce different colors are textures. Things like water, chemicals, soaps, body sprays/perfumes, and lotions can affect these finishes and colors. Please do you use chemical cleaners are is it cause the beadwork to be damaged. When polishing piece please use polishing cloths only.
When storing beadwork please wrap it in cloth or a paper towel. This will help keep other pieces from banging into the beads and causing them to break or be damaged.
Sterling silver will tarnish over time. Things like water, chemicals, soaps, body sprays/perfumes and lotions can cause tarnish to happen faster. Also constant exposure to air can cause tarnish to happen. When storing you can use a plastic bad to keep the air out. You can also use polishing cloths to clean tarnish off of your pieces. Please do not use chemical cleaners.
